I am Director Darnell Rolan, and I’m happy you’re taking the first step to improve your performance in the classroom, on the job or just to feel more confident about what you are doing.

I am a licensed educator in the Commonwealth of Virginia, home to hundreds of thousands of students in various stages of their learning experience. And then there are 23,290 home-schooled children (grades K-12 combined). Just over 7,000 are Religious Exemptions.

Education is fundamental to everything we think, say and do. I believe education is like an echo. But it doesn’t fade away–we just aren’t there to hear it when it arrives someplace else, making someone’s life better and more enjoyable. It could be someone you know, or someone you don’t know. It could even be You.
